The location was superb, very close to Kochi Metro Station. The staff, especially the operation manager and front counter manager, were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and the staff was always ready to assist.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The service was EXCELLENT and the food was nice. 20 mins by car from the airport. Great base for your vacations in Kochi.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Easter holiday! It was easy and convenient to use the nearby metro stations and bus stops to get around the city. the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of options to choose from, catering to all my family's dietary requirements.
. The room we stayed in was quite small and the amenities provided were not of the highest quality.

At times, there have been issues with private functions, which caused dining restrictions.

We had a great stay here thanks to the helpful staff, clean rooms, and convenient location close to transportation. The hotel had all the necessary facilities and staff was always available to assist us. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise with a wide selection of tasty options.
Nothing could have been better.

Located close to key attractions, this hotel offered us a convenient and cosy stay during our romantic getaway. The restaurant had delicious food options and the room service was prompt and friendly. We were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noise from the adjacent rooms.
